"I’m from the Dirty South. This is the BEST soul food (with the exception of the food I cook at my house *smile*) I’ve had in my 35 years of living in Los Angeles. Everything was fresh, well-seasoned and absolutely GOOD … except that “remoulade” sauce. The remoulade lacked the authentic New Orleans spiciness and seasonings. It tasted like it had mainly a ketchup base and was too sweet. I just threw it away. No problem. Everything I got, though, I definitely intend to get it again. Portion sizes were AMAZING!!! I have more than enough to enjoy again tomorrow and generous portions are part of what keeps customers coming back. Cornbread dressing and gravy, potato salad, collard greens (whew!!!), peach cobbler (O.M.G.! - - - you use more cinnamon, I use more nutmeg), fried fish, mac and cheese. ((( ALL ))) DELICIOUS!!! Thank you for such excellent preparation and service. Greatly appreciated. 😊❤️🙏🏾"

"This was sooo good, I typically don’t like soul food from restaurants but this honestly taste as if my mom made it. Everything was soooooo good. Only thing I will say was the lemonade was extra sweet which some people like but for me personally I would prefer something a little more diluted. But everything else too tier for sure <3"
