"5/5 — Everything fire as always\nThe 5 Uthappam Combo didn’t miss. Each uthappam was cooked perfectly, and flavors on point. It comes with sambar on the side, kind of like dal but with more broth and way more flavor.\nToday everything leaned mild spicy, which was fine by me. I just added my own hot chili powder afterward. Last time everything came already spicy, which I loved , no extra chili powder run to Indian Sweets & Spices needed.\nConsistently great food, super satisfying every time. Dipping uthappam into Sambar was just something I wish I knew about earlier in life."
