    Anise®’s pho is naturally gluten-free but it is normally served with a black soy based sauce (commonly known as hoisin) on the side. Hoisin sauce is not gluten-free. If you’re looking for gluten-free pho, please note on your order that you don't want hosin. Unfortunately, our meatballs are not gluten free.

    For any of the pho order you can add 1 piece of bone-in beef ($4.95) or 2 pieces bone-in beef ($8.95).

  • BANH MI MENU

    Banh Mi is arguably the best sandwich in the world, and Anise is where you can get the best Banh Mi ever. If you never had Vietnamese banh mi, then the Anise Deluxe is what you want to order. We first start with a nice crunchy baguette that’s baked in house. Then we spread it with an Anise special margarine and the creamiest of all creamy pate. Next we stuff it with an assortment of the best Vietnamese cold cuts. The final touches are veggies and herbs – pickled daikon and carrots, cilantro, cucumbers, and jalapenos. Yummy!

    Outside of the Deluxe, we also have other Banh Mi Choices: With the same nice crunchy baguette, we first topped it with special Anise Banh Mi sauce then fill with choice of Shrimp, Beef, Pork (five-spice or fish sauce), Chicken, Tofu(V), or Egg(Veg) and then, of course, lots of veggies and herbs – romaine lettuce (except on fish sauce pork), pickled carrots and daikon, cilantro, jalapenos, cucumbers.

    Món Nhậu is the Vietnamese version of appetizers, hors d’oeuvres, and tapas all in one. Món Nhậu are typically the first small bites served at Vietnamese parties and social gatherings to be enjoyed over beers, cocktails, or spirits. Some Vietnamese actually don’t even bother with entrees and would rather spend all their social gathering time sampling different Món Nhậu with their favorite drinks. Because of Món Nhậu’s importance in the Vietnamese culinary scenes, Anise® takes great care to make sure it has ample delicious Món Nhậu choices.

    Our Canh Chua starts with a vegan based stock served with mushrooms, bell peppers, tomato, and bean sprouts plus your favorite protein served with either rice noodles or white rice.

  • CURRY MENU

    Our curry broth is made with a combination of coconut crème and vegan based stock served with stewed broccolis and carrots plus your favorite protein. Starch choice for our curry dishes is either rice noodles (GF), white rice (GF), or our inhouse baked baguettes.

  • BUN BOWL MENU

    Our Bun Bowls are salad bowls with rice noodles tossed with plenty of romaine lettuce, bean sprouts, cucumbers, Vietnamese herbs and choice of proteins (which are marinated with lemongrass)

  • STIR-FRIED MENU

    Pho rice noodles stir-fried with beansprouts and onions, then topped with peanuts and your favorite protein.
