Alfie’s Cheeseburger

Grind and season lean sirloin chuck each day for half pound burgers. Cooked to order, smothered with a slice of American, and Swiss or cheddar cheese. Served with choice of raw or grilled onion, pickle garnish, and a pile of french fries or baked potato.
