Carne Asada

Marinated skirt steak. All fajitas come on a sizzling platter over a bed of sautéed tomatoes, green peppers, and Spanish onions. Served with Mexican rice, a la charro beans, guacamole, lettuce, pico de gallo, sour cream, Mexican butter, and flour tortillas on the side, with cilantro on top.
