      調理が完了していても配達員様とマッチングがうまくいかず、予定より大幅に遅れてのお届けや、キャンセルとなってしまうこともございます。
      特に天気が悪い日はマッチングがに時間を要するケースが多々ございます。配達員様の確保は、お店側ではどうしようもない問題である為、この内容による低評価は非常に残念です。
      調理が完了していてもご到着が遅くなってしまう可能性がある事を、予めご理解頂けますと嬉しいです。

However, we occasionally receive low reviews saying that it is 'too late'. Even if the cooking is complete, we sometimes have trouble matching the delivery person, resulting in a delivery that is much later than scheduled or even canceled. Especially on bad weather days, it often takes time to match the delivery person. We are very sorry for the low rating due to this issue, as it is out of our control to secure a delivery person.
