Jinfeng tea is not a variety of teas, it's been mixed according to the stage of fermentation and the taste of the Taiwan oolong tea. Jinfeng tea has been classified as half-fermented oolong tea, the stage of fermentation is similar to the Lugu oolong tea and slight roasted and sweet aftertaste. The advantage of cold brew tea is we can consume the lowest amount of caffeine.
