Oven cook - From Chilled Dampen with water and set oven temperature at 180°C / Gas mark 4. Place on a baking tray in the centre of a preheated oven. 1-2 minutes 200°C / Fan 180°C / Gas 4. Storage recommendation: Store in a cool dry place away from direct sunlight. Once opened consume within 24 hours. Suitable for freezing. Freeze on the day of purchase and consume within 3 months.
