Tequila Ocho Single Estate Plata Tequila is a distinguished spirit harvested in 2015 from agave plants that reached full maturity at seven years of age, boasting an average sugar content of 32%. Grown in a region with mature cedar and oak trees and full afternoon sun exposure, this tequila presents a complex aroma profile that includes pear, cooked pineapple, butter, red earth, apple cider, caramel, green apple, spearmint, wintergreen, iron, and aloe vera. On the palate, it delivers a sweet, fruity entry with a rich mouthfeel, complemented by an earthy minerality and a progression of flavors from black pepper to rosemary, persimmon, and cinnamon, with hints of mandarin peel, culminating in a dry finish.
