The wine is produced with a base fermented in stainless steel tanks, followed by a secondary fermentation in Charmat tanks to enhance the fruit character and ensure a fresher taste. It presents sweet and crisp fruit flavors leading to a long, smooth finish. Ideal as an aperitif or as a component in flavorful cocktails, it is recommended to be chilled for three to three and a half hours before serving to experience its full essence.
