Usage of instructions:Care & Use: Always clean your sharpener after use. Clean with damp cloth or mild brush. Do not rinse with water. Sharpening Instructions: 1. Push down to turn knob to the appropriate sharpening angle. If original factory angle is unknown follow suggested angles on know. 2. Insert knife into the appropriate sharpening slot at a 90 degree angle to the sharpener. 3. Using moderate pressure pull the knife blade through the sharpening slot (approximately 6-10 pulls depending on the damage or sharpness of the knife). 4.
