Fish (6 oz): Swordfish. Habanero Sauce (3 oz): Roma Tomatoes, Lime Juice, Lemon Juice, Orange Juice, Garlic, Kosher Salt (Salt), Habanero Chilies. Contains: Fish

Directions: not use if the Fresh-Check Indicator is expired. Must keep refrigerated below 38 degrees F. Cooking Instructions: 1. Season Swordfish Steak with salt and pepper to taste. 2. In saute pan, heat one tablespoon of olive oil for 1 minute on high heat. 3. Saute Swordfish Steak for 1 minute on each side. 4. Place Steak on a microwave safe plate and microwave on high heat for 1 minute (1000 watt microwave), or preheated over at 350 degrees F for 10 - 15 minutes. 5. Heat Gourmet Sauce in saute pan and serve.
