Directions for use: Cooking Instructions - General For best results pan fry from defrost Cooking appliances vary. These instructions are given as a guide. Please ensure that the product is piping hot throughout before serving. Do not reheat. Cooking times may vary depending on size and thickness of the portion. Warning When removing foil after cooking, do so with caution as hot steam may escape. Oven cook - From Frozen 200°C, Fan 180°C, Gas 6, 20-25 min Pre-heat your oven as shown. Remove all packaging. Place fish on to a piece of lightly oiled foil. Brush the top of the fillet with oil and wrap. Place on a baking tray in the centre of the oven. Season as required and serve. Shallow Fry - From Defrost 8-10 min Pre-heat a little oil in a pan. Place portion in the pan and fry on a medium heat, turning half way through cooking. Remove from pan and drain any excess oil. Season as required and serve. Keep Frozen Storage recommendation: Keep frozen. Remove required amount of fillets from the packaging, place on a plate and cover with cling film. Allow to defrost in the refrigerator for approximately 12 hours and use the same day.
