Keep refrigerated or frozen. Thaw in refrigerator or microwave. Keep raw meat and poultry separate from other foods. Wash working surfaces (including cutting boards), utensils and hands after touching raw meat or poultry. Cook thoroughly. Keep hot foods hot. Refrigerate leftovers immediately or discard. Recommended Cooking Instructions: If purchased frozen, thaw in the refrigerator before cooking and consume within 14 days of thawing. It is highly suggested to thaw before cooking, but if cooking from frozen add 3 minutes in the oven or 2-3 minutes per side on the stove/BBQ. If you are unable to consume in 14 days feel free to freeze your burgers. Skillet (preferred method) or Grill: Pre-heat grill or non-stick pan or grill with a light amount of oil over medium to high heat and cook each side for about 5 minutes.
