For use with Tracfone cell phones only. Use this Airtime Service Plan to activate or to add minutes to your TracFone. 1. Scratch off the gray strip below to reveal the 15-digit PIN number. 2. To activate your phone go to TracFone.com or call 1-800-867-7183. 3. To add minutes to your phone: Go to the Prepaid menu and in the Add Airtime screen, enter the 15-digit Airtime PIN and press OK. If your phone does not have the Prepaid menu option visit TracFone.com or contact 1-800-867-7183. This Airtime Service Plan adds 200 minutes and 90 days of service to your service end date/days remaining. Keep this card until you can verify that the added minutes and service days have been received. To keep your service active, you will need to add another Airtime Service Plan on or before your service end date. Scratch off for PIN number.
