How to Use the Hotmitt. Place hand in Hotmitt and secure Velcro strap around wrist. Hotmitt will provide heat for approximately one hour and can be reheated for hours of soothing pain therapy. Plastic, nontoxic thermal packs remove for mitt machine washing and drying. Easy to heat. Place the Hotmitt flat in a microwave for 1 minute 45 seconds. Inner thermal packs will heat but exterior Terry cloth cover will remain cool. Easy to Reuse: Stores anywhere. Can be reheated over and over.
