Our rope grown mussels are harvested from the cold clean waters of the southern coast of Chile with no artificial input from man. Our mussels are produced naturally using what nature has to give. Within hours of harvesting, the mussels are cleaned, cooked with our delicious sauce, and frozen in a vacuum sealed bag. This ensures that the mussels we bring from tide to table retain the fresh from the sea flavor and texture. Quick and convenient, a truly enjoyable seafood dining experience. Directions: Cooking: For best results, cook from frozen. All cooking appliances vary in performance. These instructions are guidelines only. Always ensure mussels are fully opened before serving. Sauce Pan: Empty contents of pouch into a saucepan and cover. Heat on High for 3-4 minutes. Reduce heat and simmer for 2-3 minutes, stirring occasionally. Serve as desired. Microwave: Empty contents of pouch into a microwaveable dish, cover and cook for 5-6 min. Mix and serve. Or, pierce pouch and place on a microwave plate, cook for 5-6 min. Allow to stand for 1 minute. Open with care and serve. Storage: Store frozen. For a standard freezer see best before date on side panel. Do not refreeze once defrosted.
