Estate Grown Cabernet Sauvignon offers a palate of ripe black cherry, blackberry, and black currant complemented by dried blueberry and cocoa notes. The structured profile is supported by a sturdy build, culminating in a long and memorable finish. It includes a varietal makeup of 87% Cabernet Sauvignon, with additions of Merlot, Petit Verdot, and Petite Sirah. Each bottle is aged for 14-18 months in French Oak barrels, contributing to its distinctive character. The vintage reflects the climatic conditions of Napa Valley, where a mild spring and several heat spikes during the summer contributed to a harvest of smaller quantity but exceptional quality fruit.
