Heating Instructions: do not defrost Cauliflower Florets. Microwave: do not puncture bag. Place bag in a microwave safe dish. Cook for 4-5 minutes at 900w. Be careful! Bag is hot. Open bag, stir and serve. Stovetop: heat desired amount of frozen cauliflower florets in a pot of boiling water for 9 to 10 minutes. Adjust time for desired tenderness. Drain, plate, and drizzle with Botticelli extra virgin olive oil, spices, or your favorite dressing or sauce. Oven: preheat oven to 425 degrees F. Place frozen cauliflower florets in a baking dish, drizzle with Botticelli extra virgin olive oil and sprinkle with some sea salt and pepper. Bake for 25 minutes until cauliflower florets edges are slightly golden. Cooked Botticelli cauliflower florets are the perfect side dish. They can be added to soups, pasta dishes or dips. Keep frozen.
