Directions

Directions for use: Oven cook - From Chilled. 200°C; Fan 180°C; Gas 6; 15-19 mins. Remove all packaging, place on a lightly oiled aluminium foil, fold foil into parcel, cook on a baking tray in the center of a pre-heated oven. Cooking times will vary, depending on the size and thickness of the fillets. Ensure food is piping hot. Appliances vary, these are guidelines only. Cook before eating. Always wash work surfaces, equipment and hands before and after preparing food. Storage recommendation: Suitable for Home Freezing. Keep Refrigerated, Keep in the fridge 2 to 5°C and eat within 24 hours of opening. Don't exceed the Use By date. Home Freezing - For best quality, freeze as soon as possible and always within the Use By date. Use within 1 month. Defrost in a fridge for 10 hours. Once defrosted cook and eat within 24 hours.
