Chill pack. remove cover. stick. hold. release. directions: prior to use and for best results, chill paincakes® cold pack for at least 1 hour in the freezer. if chilled for longer than 4 hours, allow paincakes® cold pack to sit for several minutes or until desired temperature is achieved before applying to skin. remove the cover (don't throw this away) and apply to clean, dry skin. press and conform the pack to affected area.
