Bistra Slivovitz Plum Brandy is a premium spirit distilled from select Serbian plums. The production process involves crushing the fruit and separating the pits, followed by a temperature-controlled fermentation with regional yeasts. The fermented mash undergoes a double distillation process, resulting in a fresh plum essence. For aromatic maturity, the brandy is aged in oak barrels with a maximum capacity of 5000 liters, before being transferred to stainless steel tanks for further aging. Once the aging process is complete, the brandy is bottled. It contains an alcohol content of 50% by volume and is a product of Serbia.
