Directions for use: Cooking Instructions - General Flex the pack to loosen wraps before opening. Remove all packaging. Do not reheat. We have given you these heating instructions as a guide only. Microwave - From Ambient For 1 wrap 700W 10 Secs, 900W 6 Secs Place on a microwavable plate and heat on full power. For 8 wraps, 40 seconds (700W), 20 seconds (900W). Other - From Ambient Dry Fry High 12-15 Secs Heat one at a time in a dry fry pan, turning once. Oven cook - From Ambient 200°C, 400°F, Fan 180°C, Gas 6, 8 Mins Wrap all wraps in foil. Preheat the oven. Place in the centre of the oven. Suitable for Home Freezing Storage recommendation: Store in a cool, dry place out of direct sunlight. Once opened, keep refrigerated and consume within 24 hours. Suitable for freezing. Freeze before date mark shown and consume within 1 month. Defrost thoroughly before heating.
