The production of this tequila is inspired by the vibrancy and creativity of Mexico City, incorporating a blend of traditional practices and innovative techniques. The agave used is sourced from the Jalisco Highlands, known for producing the sweetest blue agave, and the piñas are slow-roasted for 36 hours in traditional brick ovens. After fermentation, the liquid undergoes a two-step distillation process involving both pot and column stills to achieve a balance of rich agave flavor and smoothness.
