Directions

Instructions: 1-Moisten the meat with water. 2-Sprinkle Chef Merito tenderizer all over the meat covering all surfaces evenly. Use approximately 1 teaspoon per pound of meat (or to your taste). 3-Pierce the meat with a fork to insure tenderness. 4-Wait several minutes and cook the meat by frying, roasting, broiling, in B.B.Q. or in the microwave. If the meat is thick, let the meat stand 10 to 20 minutes before cooking. Save with Chef Merito! It will work miracles when used on lees tender kinds of meats such as brisket, flanks, chuck or rounds.
