Cook thoroughly. Keep raw meat and poultry separate from other foods. Wash working surfaces including cutting boards, utensils, and hands after touching raw meat or poultry. Keep hot foods hot. Refrigerate leftovers immediately or discard. Cook thoroughly. Optional: Add ketchup, spreading evenly across the top of the meatloaf. It is recommended to thaw product in the refrigerator prior to cooking. Due to variations in appliances, cooking times or temperature may vary from instructions below. Cooking Instructions: Preheat oven to 425 degrees F. Remove meatloaf from plastic film and place in ovenable tray; discard plastic film. Place ovenable tray on sheet pan. (Optional: Add ketchup by spreading evenly across the top of the meatloaf.) place in the center rack of the oven. Cook for 45-55 minutes if thawed, or 75-85 minutes if frozen. Remove from oven and let stand for 10 minutes. For food safety, cook thoroughly to a minimum internal temperature of 165 degrees F as measured by a food thermometer.
