Directions

Directions for use: Cooking Instructions - General If freezing at home, defrost thoroughly before cooking. All cooking appliances vary. This is a guide only. Microwave - From Chilled Before cooking: Remove product from box and set aside sachet for later use. Pierce pouch several times and place on a microwavable plate. Cook on full power for 8 minutes. During cooking: Gently shake pouch and cook on full power for a further 6 minutes 800W / 4 minutes 900W. After cooking: Stir sauce thoroughly. Add sachet of crispy onions to serve. On full power 800w, 14 mins 900w, 12 mins Oven cook - From Chilled Before cooking: Preheat oven. Remove all packaging. Place sachet of crispy onions aside for later use. Empty contents of lamb shanks pouch into an ovenproof dish and cover loosely with foil. Place onto a baking tray on the top shelf of oven and cook for 35 minutes. During cooking: Remove foil cover for last 15 minutes of cooking. After cooking: Remove from the oven and place shanks onto a serving plate. Stir remaining curry sauce thoroughly and pour over lamb shanks. Sprinkle over crispy onions to serve. Check food is piping hot. 220°C /Fan 200°C /Gas 8, 35 mins Storage recommendation: For use by date: see front of pack. Keep refrigerated. Once opened, consume within 24 hours and do not exceed the use by date. For best quality, freeze as soon as possible after purchase and always within the use by date. Once frozen consume within 3 months. Defrost thoroughly and use within 24 hours. Do not refreeze once defrosted.
