Directions

For food safety and quality, cook to a temperature of 165 degrees F. Microwave Instructions: To cook entire package of Flav-r-pac Cut Green Beans, place frozen vegetables in a covered microwave safe dish. Add 2 tablespoons of water and cover. For lower wattage ovens, cook on high for 4 minutes. Stir and cook on high an additional 4 minutes. Allow to stand 3 minutes. Season to taste. For ovens greater than 1100 Watts, cook on high for 2 minutes. Stir and cook on high an additional 3 minutes. Allow to stand for 3 minutes. Season to taste. Note: Microwave cooking times may vary depending on the appliance used. Stove Top Instructions: Bring 1/3 cup water to boil in a 2-quart saucepan. Add entire package of Flav-r-pac Cut Green Beans and return to boil. Reduce heat to medium; cover and boil gently for 8 to 10 minutes until tender. Stir once during cooking time. Season to taste. Keep frozen. Do not refreeze!
