Directions

Directions for use: How we like to cook it: 1. Pour 60g of rice per person into a sieve and rinse well under cold water. 2. Add to a pan with 120ml boiling water per person (or 2x the amount of rice). 3. With the lid on, bring to the boil then simmer over a low heat for 20-22 mins. 4. Once the water is fully absorbed, turn off the heat and leave to stand (lid on) for 15-20 mins. 5. Lightly fork through the grains, serve and enjoy! Storage recommendation: Store somewhere cool and dry. Ambient
