Roger Groult Reserve 3 Year Calvados is a distinguished spirit produced in the Pays d'Auge region of France, specifically in Saint-Cyr-du-Ronceray. The distillation process starts with a cider base made exclusively from apples. This base is then aged for one year before undergoing two rounds of distillation in copper pot-stills. Following distillation, the spirit matures in old Limousin oak barrels for at least three years, and during this aging process, select older Calvados is blended to enhance its complexity and flavor profile.
