Directions for use: Directions: Nestle Toll House Pumpkin Spice Truffle Cookies: 2 cups All-purpose flour. 1 tsp. Baking soda. 1/4 tsp. Nutmeg. 1 tsp. Cinnamon. 1 tsp. Salt. 1/2 cup (1 stick) Butter. 1-1/2 cups Dark brown sugar. 1 tsp. Vanilla extract. 3/4 cup Libby's 100% Pure Pumpkin. 1 Large egg. 1-2/3 cups (9 oz. pkg.) Nestle Toll House Pumpkin Spice Flavored Truffles. Preheat oven to 375 degrees F. In a small bowl, combine flour, baking soda, nutmeg, cinnamon, and salt. Set aside. In a large mixing bowl, beat butter, brown sugar, and vanilla extract until creamy. Add pumpkin and mix; then add egg and mix. Gradually beat in flour mixture. Stir in Pumpkin Spice Flavored Truffles. Drop by rounded tablespoon onto ungreased baking sheets. Bake for 9-11 minutes or until edges are golden brown. Cool on baking sheets for 2 minutes; remove and place on wire racks to cool completely. Makes about 4 dozen cookies. For High Altitude Baking (3,500 to 6,000 ft.): Increase flour to 2-1/4 cups. Add 2 tsp. water with flour and reduce sugar to 1-1/3 cups. Bake cookies for 8-10 minutes. Quality Tip: Store truffles in a cool, dry place (60 to 70 degrees F).
