Directions

Keep frozen. Microwave: 1) Combine vegetables and 2 tablespoons of water in microwaveable dish and cover. 2) Microwave on high for 2 to 4 minutes (Microwave ovens vary in power, adjust cooking times accordingly) or to desired tenderness, stirring after the first 2-3 minutes. Note: When cooking more vegetables, add an extra 2 tablespoons of water and an additional 2 minutes for cook time per additional 2 cups of vegetables. 3) Drain well. Season to taste. Stovetop: 1) Bring 1/2 cup of water to a boil in a sauce pan. 2) Add desired amount of frozen vegetables. Bring to a second boil, reduce heat and cover. 3) Simmer 2 to 3 minutes until tender. 4) Drain and season to taste.
