Mintz's Blintzes are pre-baked. For best results - Defrost and serve slightly chilled or at room temperature. For a warm dish, heat 2 tbsp of vegetable oil, margarine or butter in a skillet. Add frozen Blintzes over Low to Medium heat and lightly brown on both sides. Serve with fruit preserves or fresh fruit. Enjoy! For Microwave Cooking - Cook 30 seconds per Blintz. As a Dessert - Defrost and serve chilled, garnish with fruit. Keep frozen until ready to use. Do not refreeze.
