What you need: 2-1/2 cups water; 1 egg, well beaten; soy sauce (optional). preparations: 1. combine soup mix with water in medium-size saucepan. 2. bring to boil, stirring occasionally. 3. gradually add egg to boiling soup, stirring gently in one direction. 4. remove form heat, season with soy sauce if desired. for a heartier soup, add cooked shredded pork, julienne carrots and bamboo shoots. for hotter flavor, add hot sauce, to taste. makes 3 servings, about 1 cup each as prepared above.
