Directions

Directions: Remove existing insole and replace with the new Sof Comfort insole. If the shoe does not have a removable insole, place the new insole directly onto footbed of shoe. Trim toe area of insole along trim lines for a custom fit. Custom Fitting: 1. Trim your Custom Fit Orthotic as needed. 2. Pre-heat your oven to 225 degrees F/107 degrees C. 3. Place in your oven for 2 minutes. 4. Remove orthotics from the oven using a heating mit or heating pad and place insoles immediately inside both shoes. 5. Wear thin socks and immediately place your feet inside your shoes. 6. Stand on the insoles with weight equally balanced on both feet for two minutes. Cleaning: Hand wash and let air dry.
