Simmer 7-10 minutes or until desired doneness, stirring occasionally. 3. Drain; season to taste. Microwave Oven: 1. In microwave-safe dish, combine desired amount of vegetables and 2 tablespoons water; cover. 2. Microwave (high) 7-10 minutes or until desired doneness, stirring halfway through. 3. Let stand 1 minute in microwave to complete cooking. Drain; season to taste. Microwave ovens vary; adjust cooking time accordingly. Caution: Product and container may be hot. For food safety and quality, follow the directions and cook thoroughly to 165 degrees F. Keep frozen until ready to use. Promptly refrigerate leftovers. Keep frozen.
