Directions

Requires no refrigeration. Soup: Dissolve 1 tablespoon in 8 ounces boiling water. 1/4 cup makes 1 quart of French onion flavored soup. Simmer about 15 minutes or until onions are tender. Seasoning: Add straight from the jar and add flavor to almost any food. Use 1/3 cup French onion flavored mix to season a pot roast. Basic Onion Dip: Add 3 tbs. French Onion Flavored Soup Base to 8 oz dairy sour cream. Blend well, cover and refrigerated for a least 2 hours. Before serving, sprinkle with canned french onions. Basic Onion Burger: Mix 3 tbs. French Onion Flavored Soup Base to 1 lb ground beef. Form patties and fry, broil or grill as usual.
