Usage of instructions:General Directions for Use: 1. Wear rubber gloves and eye protection during use. 2. This product is a ready-to-use. Spray or brush directly on greasy surface. Note: Cleaning is easier and faster if greasy surfaces are warm to hot (up to 170 degrees F). 3. Let product soak in for several minutes. 4. Wipe off surface with damp cloth or sponge. 5. Rinse with water. For Deep Fat Fryers: (For alternative method, follow steps under general directions). 1. Flush fryer with hot water to remove loose grease. 2. Fill fryer tank with hot water and add 64 oz. of product. 3. Boil for 15 minutes. 4. Brush all surfaces and drain fryer tanks. 5. Rinse thoroughly with water and air dry. For Small Items with Heavy Burned-on Grease Buildups: 1. Soak for several hours in professional easy-off oven & grill cleaner. 2.
