Directions

1 – StirSetting the seasoning pouch aside, place the Brussels sprouts in a bowl. Add 2 TBSP of a cooking oil of your choice to the sprouts, and stir to coat thoroughly.2- SeasonSeason the coasted Brussels sprouts by adding the spice. Stire to mix the spice evenly. 3- Saute or roast or air frySaute: heat a non-stick sauté pan on medium-high heat, then add the seasoned Brussels sprouts. Cook for 11-14 minutes or until desired doneness. Roast: heat oven to 425 degrees. Place seasoned Brussels sprouts on foil – or parchment lined-sheet pan. Roast for 13-15 minutes or desired doneness. Air Fry: heat air fryer to 400 degrees. Place seasoned Brussels sprouts in air fryer basket and cook for 10-12 minutes, or until desired doneness, shaking the basket after 5 minutes. Cooking times may vary.
