In microwave-safe dish, combine desired amount of vegetables and 2 tablespoons water; cover. 2. Microwave (High) 5-6 minutes (microwave ovens vary; adjust cooking time accordingly) or until desired doneness, stirring halfway through. 3. Let stand 1 minute in microwave to complete cooking. Drain; season to taste. Caution: Product and container may be hot. For food safety and quality, follow the directions and cook thoroughly to 160 degrees F. Keep frozen until ready to use. Promptly refrigerate leftovers.
