Key ingredients, including anise seed, fennel, and grande wormwood, are meticulously selected for the creation of this absinthe. Additional botanicals are infused during the small batch copper pot distillation process, enhancing its complexity. To achieve its signature emerald green hue, the distillate is naturally colored through steeping in a selection of herbs, notably lemon balm and hyssop.
