Directions

Boil 6 measures (1-1/2 ltr) of water. Add 1 measure of mix (200 g) to the water and 500 g par boiled vegetables of your choice (potatoes, onions, tomatoes etc.). Cook for 10-12 minutes. Serve hot with rice. To prepare onion sambar for dosa, idli and vada use 500g onion in step 2. Once opened transfer the contents to an air-tight container.
