Directions

Ideally, toenails should be cut when wet to prevent cracking and breaking. Starting at one side of the nail, clip ingrown toenail on a slight angle, being careful not to cut the skin. Keep the bottom of the clipper as close to the bottom of the nail bed as possible. Once the nail is cut, grasp the corner and gently pull it out. Sanitize area and clipper with alcohol.
