Directions for use: Cooking Instructions - General Preparation: Wash hands after handling raw meat Use separate kitchen utensils and surfaces for raw meat and cooked, or wash between uses. Unwrap and dispose of packaging carefully. All cooking appliances vary This is a guide only. Chef's tip: Add a knob of butter for added succulence and season with salt and pepper for taste. Grill - From Chilled Medium heat 14-16 mins Preheat grill. Remove all packaging. Place on a grill pan under a preheated grill and turn halfway through cooking. For thinner chops use shorter cook time. Cook thoroughly until the juices run clear and there is no pink meat. Do not reheat once cooled. Oven cook - From Chilled Gas 4, 180°C, Fan 160°C 16-20 mins Preheat oven. Remove all packaging. Pan fry chops on medium heat with 1tsp of oil for 2 mins on each side, including the rind. Then place on a baking tray and onto the middle shelf of the oven. For thinner chops use shorter cook time. Cook thoroughly until the juices run clear and there is no pink meat. Do not reheat once cooled. Use by, Keep Refrigerated Storage recommendation: Keep refrigerated below 5°C. Store raw meat covered at the bottom of the fridge. Do not exceed use by date.
