Keep frozen until ready to prepare.For food safety, cook to 165°F until hot throughout.Appliances may vary; adjust cooking time accordingly.Refrigerate or discard leftovers immediately.Microwave1. Pour beans into microwave-safe dish. For 4 cups beans, add 1/2 cup water; for 2 cups beans, add 1/4 cup water.2. Microwave on HIGH as directed below or until hot.**4 cups: 5 minutes; stir; microwave 3 to 5 minutes longer2 cups: 3 minutes; stir; microwave 1 to 2 minutes longer3. Drain.
