Directions for use: Cooking Instructions - General Appliances vary these are guidelines only. Check food is piping hot throughout. Do not reheat. Microwave - From Chilled 800W 1-2 mins.; 900W 1-2 mins. Pierce the film in several places. Place the omelette on a non-metallic plate and microwave on full power for 1-2 minutes. Shallow Fry - From Chilled Pan Fry Moderate Heat 4-6 mins.; stand 1 min. Remove all packaging. Heat a little olive oil in a non-stick frying pan over a low / moderate heat. Place the omelette in the pan and cook for 2-3 minutes on each side. Leave to stand for 1 minute before eating. Keep Refrigerated Ready to Eat Storage recommendation: Keep in the fridge 0 to 5°C and eat within 1 day of opening. Don't exceed the Use By date.
