Employing the traditional French méthode Champenoise, each grape is carefully hand-picked and gently pressed to extract the purest flavors. The initial cuvée undergoes fermentation in stainless steel tanks, enhancing the wine’s intrinsic character. Upon bottling, it matures on its lees for an extended period exceeding 36 months, developing a rich complexity. With a subtle dosage added to balance its innate vibrancy, the wine presents a bouquet of green apple and brioche, complemented by a hint of pear. Its palate is distinguished by a crisp acidity and refreshing citrus notes. Alcohol by volume: 12%
