Taittinger Blanc de Blancs is a wine produced exclusively in exceptional vintage years, crafted from Chardonnay grapes sourced from the renowned vineyards in the Côte des Blancs region. The wine is made using only the first press juice to ensure quality. A portion of the blend matures for a few months in new oak barrels to enhance its intrinsic characteristics. Before disgorgement, it undergoes aging for a decade on the lees in historic chalk cellars that date back to the 13th century. Alcohol by volume: 12.5%
