Onion Uttapam

Sprinkled with onion, green peas, carrot, and cilantro. Slightly thicker, a pancake-style variation of the dosa (Rice and lentil crepe), variety of savory toppings. Each uttapam is also served with fresh peanut and tomato chutneys and sambar.
