Hummus (garbanzo beans, garlic, tahini sauce topped with olive oil), baba ghanouge (charbroiled eggplant mixed with sesame seed sauce, garlic, and lemon juice), grape leaves (Rolled grape leaves stuffed with rice, onions, tomatoes and parsley. Cooked in seasoned lemon sauce), and a greek salad served with a fluffy pita bread.
